Last month, I bought a robot named Goldfish from your shop. I expected it to help me with the housework.

Firstly, the robot never works correctly. You promised that the batteries would last at least two months, but i have to change them every two days.Also, the robot is so lazy that it is only willing to work for three hours every day.
