句型1 I hope to have more opportunities to go back to my hometown and see my family.

hope to do sth 想做某事 hope to do sth想做某事与wish相比，hope用于希望实现的可能性高的事情。例如，叙述了回忆之后，作为总结加上“想再做那件事”，可以用在在演讲结束时。希望可能性低的时候使用wish。

more opportunities to do sth 更多做某事的机会 opportunity(机会)是可数的名词。“有更多机会”为have more opportunities。在过去的形式中，had an opportunity to do意味着“(幸运地)得到了做…的机会”。

I hope to have more opportunities to study abroad.

我希望有更多出国学习的机会。

I hope to have more opportunities to work as a volunteer.

this point is true 这个观点是正确的。由直译“这一点是真实的”转为“可靠”“这样的”的意思。类似的句子还有it is the case(直译为“这是事实”，后改为“猜对了”)。相反，“并不总是这样”的表达为it is not always the case.

especially in 尤其在（某种特定情况下）。“不管在所有情况下是否如此，在特定的情况下，这一观点是适用的”，这句话在in后面接名词。“......的时候特别”是especially when......， when的后面有包含主语+谓语的从句。

People spend too much time thinking about what to wear. I believe this point is true especially when you are a teenager.

人们花太多时间考虑穿什么。我相信这一点是正确的，尤其是当你是一个青少年时。

Taking subways is much cheaper than having a car. I believe this point is true especially in the metropolitan area where I reside.

句型3 I look forward to working with new faculty members.

我期待着与新的教员一起工作。

look forward to期待…。会话问题中常见的表达，如果是现在进行时be looking forward to，则是非常简单的表达，在口语中，所以使用自己容易说的一方就可以。在听力中，不管哪种措辞都要习惯。后面接动词，表示“期待做......”的时候，动词应该是-ing形，同意表达为I can'twait to......(已经等不下去了，期待着做......)。

work with 与…合作。work 包含劳动，广义上是“工作”的意思。从事某种工作的时候、是调动或活动的“移动”的时候一般也不使用move而是使用work。

I am looking forward to working with you.

我期待着和你一起工作。
